Wholesale Account Executive-Minimum 3 yrs experience as a wholesale AE or equivalent experience in a sales oriented position with proven knowledge of the real estate & mortgage industry. Unitrust offers qualified AE’s the ability to sell a full array of products, including Jumbo, Alt-A, Sub-Prime, Private Money, Reverse, Commercial, Construction & Land loans. . • Full benefits provided, including 401k. 3. Private Money Banking/ Lending Sales Agent- Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in Private Money Lending or equivalent. Demonstrable experience in various aspects of private money ending, including the commercial and land arenas. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our private money lending program to include: • Reviewing loan packages and interacting with brokers and borrowers 4. Commercial Lending Officer- 3-5 years experience in a commercial lending environment. Conversant with all types of commercial properties and loans. • Responsible for originating, packaging, and pre-qualifying commercial
