. Retail
Loan Officer: Minimum 3 years proven Mortgage Experience. Proven
ability to interact with clients from a variety of backgrounds, assess their
needs and provide loan planning solutions. You must have a CA DRE Salesperson
License or be in the final stages of acquiring it. Personal integrity and
work ethic will be considered.
• Unitrust has openings in builder sales offices in new home communities.
• A proven internet lead system can generate leads for you
• Advanced Loan and Sales training will be provided.
• This is a commissioned position.

2. Retail Sales Manager
• Recruit and manage a group of 5-10 quality loan officers
• 3yr minimum of mortgage and management experience
• CA Real Estate Licensed Sales Person
• High level of integrity and ethics
• Able to provide sales training techniques and inspire production
from his/her team.
